The Challenge:

    Convert an almost 1000 square foot build-out to the look and feel of the Wizard of Oz.

I’ve never been accused of working on a small scale, and this job was proof positive of that.  The walls are all hand painted in interior latex paint and showcases the entire span of the story- from the house landing on the witch to the entryway into the castle at Oz.  Even the concrete floor was hand painted and sealed giving the feel of the yellow brick road, and haunted forrest. To give an integrated purpose to the Beta Library of shows the client has, the shelves were stained and painted to look like the trees in the forrest. 

The entire process was done by myself, and took just under 20 days to complete.
